1.3. Definitions

1. Products: Consumable materials and accessories for eyelash extensions and any other items listed on the Store’s website.
2. Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing Products through the Store’s website.
3. Consumer: A Customer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, pursuant to EU consumer protection law.

1.4. Scope of Products and Services

1. The Store specializes in selling consumable materials and accessories for eyelash extensions (“Products”).
2. Product details, including specifications, composition, safety instructions, and usage recommendations, are provided on the product pages. Customers should read all instructions and warnings carefully before using the Products.
3. Some Products are intended for professional use only. By purchasing such Products, you warrant that you have the necessary knowledge, certifications, or qualifications required to use them safely and lawfully.

1.5. Ordering Process

1. Orders can be placed directly on our website by adding desired Products to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
2. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that all personal and payment information provided is accurate and complete.
3. The Store reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, an error in Product pricing or description, or a violation of these Terms.
4. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but is an acknowledgment that the Store has received it.

1. All prices on the Shop’s website are in EUR (and exclude VAT) in PLN/USD and include VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.

2. If you are a Consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason (subject to the exceptions detailed on the Exchange & Return page and in Section 1.9).
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the Products. You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website.
4. You are required to return the Products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
5. You will be reimbursed for the payment received from you, excluding delivery costs if permitted by law, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of their return.

1.9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., adhesives, certain cosmetics).
2. If Products are damaged or used in a way that reduces their value, the Store may deduct compensation from the refund in accordance with applicable law.

1. The Store guarantees that the Products are free from defects. If you receive defective or damaged Products, please notify us immediately.
2. In the event of a defect, the Customer is entitled to the rights and remedies provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
